1. Agreement
By accessing or using the AquaVeil website and making purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from receipt to return any unused product in its original packaging for a full refund. Custom-sized products may not be returnable unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
6. Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer's warranty as specified on each product page. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of AquaVeil and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaVeil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
